1. Custom and Personalized Orders:

Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for personalized cake toppers or custom decorations once production has begun. Please double-check all spelling and date details before submitting your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong color or spelling error made by us), please:

Include your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.

We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund at our discretion.

3. Cancellations:

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of purchase. Once we have started designing or cutting your order, we can no longer cancel or refund the transaction.

4. Incorrect Shipping Address:

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Please allow 3-5 business days for design and production before your order is shipped.

Note: During peak holiday seasons, processing times may extend to 7 business days.

We ship via USPS to ensure your delicate decorations arrive safely.

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.

Priority Mail: 1-3 business days.

Express/Rush Shipping: 1-2 business days.

3. Rush Orders:

If you need your cake topper sooner than our standard turnaround, please contact us before purchasing.

4. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email from Wix with your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier's website.

5. Damaged or Lost Items:

Since cake toppers are fragile, we pack them with extreme care. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging so we can send a replacement.
